Responding to a call by the Chief of Wilkes-Barre School District police for a bomb threat.
Constable Atwood responded with K9 Zhukov from Hershey, PA. Constable Vega also responded as the local Constable and served as cover officer for Constable Atwood. K9 Zhukov is a 5 year old Mal/Shep cross from Slovakia and is able to detect 22 different explosive odors.
No explosives were found.
