In law enforcement a major part of the officers responsibilities is presentation- having a clean and pressed uniform, neatly groomed, having clean and if need be shined boots, ability to communicate, have a respectful and confident demeanor when interacting with the public.
The first visible sign of a constable is the constables vehicle.
VEHICLES
Constables use a variety of vehicles to perform their duties. It is recommended that they use what is commonly used by law enforcement whether it is a cruiser, an SUV, or pickup truck. The vehicle should be easily recognizable as a law enforcement vehicle and meet all the requirements for being used in law enforcement.
DECALS
While some constables have unmarked vehicles, decals help improve visibility and awareness of our agency with the public. Constables are encouraged to have similar decal designs to have uniformity within the agency and improve recognition with the general public.
