Delighted to share that the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County has declared Constable Doug Filson “Not Guilty” of alleged vehicle code violations: Failure To Stop At Red Signal – 75 § 3112 §§ A3I S and Display Improper Lights – 75 § 4571 §§ D.
This ruling upholds Constable Filson’s integrity and commitment to his office and the voters.
